Placing Your Order
- When you click to pay, you are making an offer to buy items
- We confirm acceptance by emailing your order confirmation
- All prices are in £ GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay; no hidden fees
Payment
- Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering

- We do not store your full card details; handled securely by our payment providers
Delivery
- Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and package it for you
- Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery
- We will keep you updated every step of the way
- Goods remain our property until fully paid for and delivered to you
- Risk of damage or loss passes to you when your parcel is safely delivered
Your Right to Cancel & Return
- You have 14 calendar days from receiving your items to cancel your order — no questions asked
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
- Return cost: unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us
- For faulty or incorrect items — email us first at info@thecurafinds.com and we will arrange everything

- We take great care to show colours and details accurately but screens may vary slightly
- Stock levels are shown in good faith; if an item is unavailable we will contact you promptly with alternatives or a full refund
